Documentary: A film about Valley Centre, an adult education center located in the Qu'Appelle Valley. It documents the activities of different groups of people as they participate in classes in their chosen areas of creative writing, creative drama, pottery, or music, under the instruction of highly qualified teachers. Also includes descriptions of the students' activities during their leisure time and highlights other activities taking place in the Qu'Appelle Valley such as a Pow Wow hosted by the Standing Buffalo Indian Reserve which drew 6000 participants, the local historical society's project to preserve the original one room school house built in the area, and the activities of the people staying at the Prairie Christian Training Centre (PCTC). There are also general shots of the town of Fort Qu'Appelle.
