Fete fransaskoise events in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan

Photographs taken by Marie-Louise Perron at Fete fransaskoise, held from August 3 to 6, 1990 at Little Red River Park, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Includes images of hot air balloon; the Northern Nations Indian Dancers performing the fancy dance, crow hop and All Nations dance; children jumping on a trampoline; Richard Marcotte, regional director for Radio-Canada, in the dunk tank; a man performing with a guitar for children; and Groupe Kenler/Freres Marchildon performing in concert. Gary Kenler played the guitar while Francis and Michel Marchildon sang.

Gail Grant and family

Photographs relating to Gail Grant (born Edith Grant) her parents, William (Will) and Mary Grant, her childhood in Regina, Saskatchewan and activities as a dancer. Included is an image of a barn on Will Grant's farm near Tregarva, Saskatchewan under construction; exterior views of the house at 2222 Osler Street, Regina, where the Grant family resided. Included is a scrapbook with clippings and photographs relating to Grant's activities as the winner of the Miss Regina Bathing Beauty Contest sponsored by the Capitol Theatre in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1927.

Allison, and Mrs. Mary Adeline Allison.
