Letters written by George S. Tuxford to his parents and brother in Wales and letters written to Tuxford from his wife while he was in the Yukon, 1898-1899. Correspondence during the years he was in grammar school in England, 1884-1887; and the years he was farming in the Moose Jaw district, 1888-1912. Informative correspondence regarding the homesteading experience, agricultural marketing, and social life.

George S. Tuxford (1870-1942) was a farmer and a soldier.
