Hon. Olaf A. Turnbull, Minister of the Saskatchewan Department of Education, records a message in Cree in the Radio Room of the Saskatchewan Legislative Building for a northern news broadcast. Assisting him with the translation from English to Cree is Fred Dieter (at left) of the File Hills First Nation.
