Recollections of Thomas Lax (1885-1964) regarding his career in the public service in Saskatchewan from 1911 to 1950, mainly as an accountant and as Deputy Provincial Treasurer, 1938-1950. His recollections relate mainly to government accounting practices, various provincial employees and politicians, and dominion-provincial conferences, generally for the period before 1944.

Photographs of a reunion of former Premier of Saskatchewan Allan Blakeney and the individuals who served in his Cabinet from 1971 to 1982, held at the Saskatchewan Legislative Building in Regina and at the home of Walter and Ruth Smishek, Regina. Photographs taken by Allan Tidball of Regina. Former ministers Everett Wood, Eiling Kramer and John Kowalchuk were deceased and Roy Romanow and Ed Whelan were unable to attend.

Head and shoulders portrait of John F. Allan (1898-1968), a pioneer agriculturist in Saskatchewan who served as an agricultural representative with the Department of Agriculture in North Battleford from 1945 to 1963. Biographical information on Allan is included on the photograph frame. The photograph was presented to the Battleford's Western Development Museum by the Scott Branch of the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists in July 1970. The image was taken by the Government of Saskatchewan Photographic Services in 1963 (image no. 63-724-01).
