Bobs Caldwell fonds

This fonds consists of records created, accumulated and used by Bobs Caldwell of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in his participation as a member of the Board of Directors of the Saskatoon Jazz Society throughout the 1980s and 1990s. As a member of the Board, Caldwell helped to organize the activities of the Society and various projects including the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival and the American Pavilion of Saskatoon's Folkfest. The types of records included are minutes, committee notes, reports, clippings, financial statements, programmes, posters and photographs.

The fonds has been arranged into one series: Saskatoon Jazz Society.

The fonds also includes a small volume of records created, accumulated and used by Miss Phebe Winifred (Winnie) Rowles (1907-1995), aunt of Bobs Caldwell, relating to chautauqua.

Fetsch, John, Rev. : Pioneer churches questionnaire

File consists of the response by/about Rev. John Fetsch to the Saskatchewan Archives' questionnaire pertaining to pioneer churches. Archives staff recorded that the respondent indicated on the questionnaire that they or their family came to Saskatchewan and/or the Canadian prairies in 1910. File also includes pictures of churches and Manitou Lake Chautauqua.

Questionnaire number 4 on churches included questions on: religious services attended; location of services; buildings used; music and choirs; organizations; youth services; activities and special events (e.g. picnics, suppers, fund raisers); administration and financial support; membership; records available; and special features.
