Describes activities sponsored by 4-H including macrame, candle making, horse riding, cooking lessons, and grain, horse and cattle judging competitions. Includes scenes of Camp Rayner, a camp in Saskatchewan for 4-H members and describes activities offered at the camp including water skiing, archery, photograghy, and camping, hiking and canoeing trips. Also includes interviews with Lynn Dixson, Janice Carter, D. Nelson, Pat Adams (the Director of Camp Rayner), Dale Heenan, Diane Pain, and Bonnie Ray.
