Describes the techniques used to train men as pilots, gunners, navigators, airplanes mechanics, and bombardiers. Includes scenes of men training in the Link Flight Trainer flight simulators; World War 1 dogfights; different types airplanes including Avro Ansons, North American Harvards and Fairey Battles; Air Marshal Billy Bishop. Lorne Greene is the narrator. Also included is a 2 minute item entitled CANADA INCREASES PARACHUTE OUTPUT FOR EMPIRE FLIERS. Describes the Canada's effort to increase parachute production when demand grows as men graduate fron the British Commonweath Air Training Programme and are sent to the war front.
