The tractor and dolly transfer the aircraft from the service hangar one-quarter mile to the river. 03 to 04: Views of an underwater weed cutter being tested and adjusted in the North Saskatchewan River. The weed cutter, designed and built by the Saskatchewan Department of Natural Resources Construction Branch at Prince Albert, operates to cut down reeds and weeds four feet below the surface in provincial park waters.
