This fonds consists of glass plate negatives created by Peter Bloudoff of the Arran, Saskatchewan district, approximately between 1910 and 1922. Subjects of Bloudoff's images include residents of the Arran district, Doukhobor families, and students and teachers of Racing Lake School District No. 2206 near Arran.

The fonds also consists of digital images of photographs originally accumulated by William Bloudoff Jr., nephew of Peter Bloudoff, of Pelly, Saskatchewan and later acquired and scanned by Robert Barrow of Winnipeg, Manitoba. The photographs, taken approximately between 1900 and 1955, primarily depict members of the Bloudoff family and other Doukhobors in the Pelly district.

As well, the fonds consists of records created and compiled by Robert Barrow. Records created by Barrow include photographs, sound recordings and video of interviews with William Bloudoff Jr. and Fred Bloudoff, son of Peter Bloudoff, conducted in 1992 and 1993, as well as photographs of a community home building on the site of the former Doukhobor village at Uspenie (alt. sp. Oospennie) near Arran, Saskatchewan. Records compiled by Barrow include correspondence pertaining to Peter Bloudoff's employment, land grant and title certificates issued to Peter and Fred Bloudoff, and research files pertaining to the subject matter of the Peter Bloudoff negatives.
