Scope and content

01: Local Agricultural Representative Don Webster, Elbow, and Peter Stone, Glenside. The townsite adjacent to the dam is on land previously owned by M. Stone.

02: Seeding grass seed on chagoness land improved by Conservation and Development for a new provincial pasture.

03: Stock watering tank to hold spring water. This project was constructed by the Conservation and Development Branch.

04, 04A: Breaking raw native range. This land will be seeded to recommended forage crops and made it a Provincial pasture.

05: Squadron Disc. This machine is used in working down new land by Conservation and Development for pasture development in Saskatchewan.

06: Seed drill and drag chains used by the Conservation and Development Branch to seed new pasture lands to tame grasses.

07: Tree planting group of farmers and Agricultural Representative Don Webster, left, in Glenside, Outlook district.

08: Steel trash bar designed and built by Conservation and Development for use on drill when seeding in new land stumps and branches are pushed out of the way by the trash bar.

09, 09A, 09B, 09C, 09D, 09E: J. A. Peck, Farm Mechanics Representative, demonstrates fire safety equipment.

10: Tractor safety demonstration.
