Part 3 : Dr. Harrington talks about Ramadan, comparing Islam (Mohamadism) to Christianity. Also discusses educational opportunities, diseases present in the area, and states that Egypt is in a transitional state of adopting Western ways.
Part 4 : Dr. Harrington talks of the Egyptian lifestyle, land reform, and mechanization.
