Owned and operated by Doug and Pauline Cuthand since 1988, Blue Hill Productions is an independent production company based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan that produces documentaries, docudramas, and dramas. The company's productions tend to focus on the lives, history, and culture of First Nations Peoples and have included: Sweetness in Life (2002, produced in association with Aboriginal Peoples Television Network and Saskatchewan Communications Network); Mywayawin (2008, distributed by Aboriginal Peoples Television Network and Film West Associates); Big Bear (1998, produced in association with Ciné Télé Action, Kanata Productions, Téléfilm Canada); The Gift of the Grandfathers (1997, produced in co-operation with National Film Board of Canada); Oskayak; Wheels of Thunder; Circle of Voices (1999, produced in association with Saskatchewan Communications Network); For Love of the Land; and Hidden Plague: Our Modern Epidemic (2007, produced in association the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network and Saskatchewan Communications Network).

Pauline Gaspe married Doug Cuthand on August 27, 1984 and they have three children (Lorne, Shawn, and Shannon).

Since 1988 she has owned and operated (with her husband) the film production company Blue Hill Productions.

CINT (Radio station : Saskatoon, Sask.)

On September 8 1998, the format and personalities of Saskatoon radio station CKOM-AM moved to its sibling station on the FM dial, while the AM station adopted a news-talk format as CINT-AM / 650 NTR [News/Talk Radio]. In February 2002 CINT 650 reverted to the CKOM call letters, but continued the news-talk format.

CHSN (Radio station : Saskatoon, Sask.)

In 1989 High-Line Broadcasting (owned by Albert Ethier) was awarded a license to operate a new FM radio station in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The resultant station would have the call letters CHSN, operate at 102.1 MHz and the station signed on the air in 1990. The format of the station began as pop, rock and dance music. On January 20, 1997, Elmer Hilldebrand (through a numbered company) was given approval to purchase the station from High-Line Broadcasting. By April 1997, an agreement was made with Rawlco Radio Ltd that it would run the station. On September 8, 1998, the format ("oldies") and personalities associated with Rawlco's CKOM-AM stations moved to the FM station, and the station began to use the call letters CKOM-FM.
