Memoirs of Mary Popp (nee Lowenberger) edited by Donald H. Layh and published by Twin Valley Consulting Ltd., Langenburg, Saskatchewan. Illustrated by Janet A. Layh. Mary Popp was born in 1897 in the Hoffenthal district, north east of Langenburg, to Jakob and Augustina Lowenberger. She married Henry Popp in 1914 and raised her family on the farm in the Landestreu district, near MacNutt. She died in Langenburg in 1998 at the age of 101.
